Whether it's my cooking classes or catering, I source my ingredients from local farmer's markets (preferable the Santa Monica Wednesday and Saturday markets). I believe in natural, organic, and seasonal cooking, so much of what we make is determined by what I find at the farmers market that week. I buy free-range, grass fed meats, in addition to sustainable seafood. 

By shopping at farmer's markets I support local farmers, get the freshest, highest quality products, and minimize the carbon footprint in transit.

My cooking classes are super laid back and we focus on the basics of simple, good food. If you have ever wanted to learn to cook (with a glass of wine in your hand), do it with me!
